Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy is very strict. Before doing any business with us, I would recommend you read our policy first.

For Driving Lessons

Please note that we allow one emergency cancellation per permit without penalty. Driving lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you call after that you will have to pay a $30 re-booking fee. If you miss your lesson and did not call or show up, you will forfeit that lesson or lessons.

Please note this rebooking fee has to be paid within 24 hours of missed lesson.

Road Test

Road tests must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you call after that you will have to pay a $30 re-booking fee. If you miss your road test and did not call or show up, you will lose the money you paid and will have to pay to book that road test again.

Five (5) Hour Class

The five (5) hour class must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you call after that you will have to pay a $30 re-booking fee. If you miss your five (5) hour class and did not call or show up, you will lose the money you paid and will have to pay to book that 5 hour class again.

Live Zoom Masterclass

You have 72 hours before this class to cancel and ask for a refund or cancel and rebook.
